Email Alias is an alternative email address that will send and receive from your primary email inbox. The benefit of having it is to help your business appear more professional without needing another inbox.

For example, your primary email is [email protected]. You can create an email alias named [email protected]. All emails sent to [email protected] and [email protected] will appear in the same inbox.

How to Create an Email Alias

  1. Go to Preferences.

2. Click on "Add an Alias"

3. Fill in the Display Name and the email address. The display name is the name people see when they receive your email.

4. You can now see a new alias in your account.

How to Send and Email Using Your Alias

  1. When sending or replying to an email, click on your own email.

    2. Select the email alias you want to use and send the email.
