Connect Bizwise Email to the Samsung Email App

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Bizwise email account to the Samsung Email app

You can connect a Bizwise email account to the Samsung Email app using the following steps:

  1. If this is your first account that you're connect to Samsung Email you'll be greeted with a screen that looks like this:

    If this isn't the first account you're adding however you can get to this screen with the following:
    - Click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open the menu:


    - Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the menu:


    - On the screen you're directed to click Add account:

  2. Select Gmail as the account type on the the next screen:


  3. Click Add new account and when prompted enter the email address and password of the account you're connecting, and when prompted grant permission for Samsung Email to access this account's data.

    Note: you should have been provided the password at the time your inbox was set up, but if for some reason you aren't able to access your inbox please message us using the chat in the lower left corner of the screen in your dashboard.

  4. At this point your Bizwise email account is connected to Samsung Email and you will begin to see your inbox populate with emails you've previously received.

    Note this process can take some time so if you don't see all messages right away this is expected.
