To get started with connecting your Bizwise email account to Apple Mail click the link below that matches the device type you're using:
Mobile
To connect a Bizwise email account to Apple Mail on your iPhone you can follow these steps:
Open the Settings app:
In the search bar type Mail and click the blue icon with the white envelope:
Click Accounts on the following screen:
Click Add Mail Account:
On the Add Account screen click Google:
You'll be prompted to log in to a Google account. Use the email address and password of the account you're connecting as the log in credentials and when prompted grant Apple Mail permission to access this account's data.
Note: you should have been provided the password at the time your inbox was set up, but if for some reason you aren't able to access your inbox please message us using the chat in the lower left corner of the screen in your dashboard.
Once you've logged in to the account select what you'd like to import to Apple Mail and then click Save:
At this point you're now done connecting your Bizwise email account and you should see the inbox start to populate with your emails in the mail app.
Note this process can take some time so if you don't see all messages right away this is expected.
Mac
To connect your Bizwise email account to Apple Mail on Mac you can follow these steps:
Search for and open Mail using the Launchpad app.
If this is your first time launching the Mail app you'll be prompted by a pop-up to add an account. If this isn't your first account however you can add an additional account by clicking Mail > Add Account...
On the next screen choose Google as the Mail account provider:
You'll be prompted to log in to a Google account. Use the email address and password of the account you're connecting as the log in credentials and when prompted grant Apple Mail permission to access this account's data.

Once you've logged in to the account select what you'd like to import to Apple Mail and then click Done:
At this point your Bizwise email account is connected to Apple Mail and you will begin to see your inbox populate with emails you've previously received.
