Connect Bizwise Email to Outlook

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Bizwise email account to Outlook on Windows, Mac, and mobile.

To get started with connecting your Bizwise email account to Outlook click the link below that matches the device type you're using:

Mobile

To connect your Bizwise email account to Outlook on Android or iOS you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Outlook app

  2. If this is your first time using the Outlook app you'll be greeted with a screen prompting you to either add an account or make a new account. Select Add Account.

    If you've previously used the Outlook app you can get to the Add Account screen by doing the following:
    - Click the profile icon in the top left corner to open the menu
    - Click the envelope icon with the + symbol like in the image below:

    - Next click Add an account like in the following image:

    - You'll now be on the same Add account screen described above.

  3. Click Skip this account and on the next screen click Add Google Account like in the following image:

  4. Log in with the email address and password of the inbox you're connecting and when prompted grant permission for Outlook to access your email account.

    Note: you should have been provided the password at the time your inbox was set up, but if for some reason you aren't able to access your inbox please message us using the chat in the lower left corner of the screen in your dashboard.

  5. At this point you're now done connecting your Bizwise email account and you should see the inbox start to populate with your emails.

    Note this process can take some time so if you don't see all messages right away this is expected.

Windows

To connect your Bizwise email account to Outlook on Windows you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app

  2. Click File in the top left corner of the Outlook window

  3. On the screen you're directed to click Add Account like in the image below:

  4. Enter the email address of the account you're connecting

  5. You'll be prompted to log in to a Google account. Use the email address and password of the account you're connecting as the log in credentials and when prompted grant Outlook permission to access this account's data.

    Note: you should have been provided the password at the time your inbox was set up, but if for some reason you aren't able to access your inbox please message us using the chat in the lower left corner of the screen in your dashboard.

  6. On the following screen click Done. If you opt to connect to a mobile device you can also read our steps for this here

  7. At this point your Bizwise email account is connected to Outlook and you will begin to see your inbox populate with emails you've previously received.

    Note this process can take some time so if you don't see all messages right away this is expected.

Mac

To connect your Bizwise email account to Outlook on Mac you can follow these steps:

  1. Search for and open Outlook using the Launchpad app.

  2. If this is your first time launching Outlook you'll be greeted with an a pop-up to add an account. However if this isn't your first account you can add a new account by clicking Tools > Accounts

    Following this you can click the plus icon in the lower left corner of the pop-up and choose to add a new account:

  3. On the screen you're directed to enter the email address of the account you want to connect and click Continue on the next screen:


  4. You'll be prompted to log in to a Google account. Use the email address and password of the account you're connecting as the log in credentials and when prompted grant Outlook permission to access this account's data.

    Note: you should have been provided the password at the time your inbox was set up, but if for some reason you aren't able to access your inbox please message us using the chat in the lower left corner of the screen in your dashboard.

  5. On the following screen click Done. If you opt to connect to a mobile device you can also read our steps for this here

  6. At this point your Bizwise email account is connected to Outlook and you will begin to see your inbox populate with emails you've previously received.
